- Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow our travel community
- Create strong relationships with travelers that keep them coming back
- Understand traveler preferences and recommend trips that fit their needs
- Follow up post-trip to collect reviews, feedback, and referrals
- Share details about destinations, itineraries, inclusions, and pricing
- Stay informed about trending destinations and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and payments
- Help travelers navigate any issues professionally
Requirements
- Stellar communication skills
- Passion for travel that inspires others
- Customer-first attitude with ability to make clients feel special
- Strong multitasking abilities and teamwork orientation
- Knowledge of the travel industry (preferred but not required)
