Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end trip operations (domestic & international)
- Liaise with vendors, local guides, and partners for smooth on-ground execution
- Coordinate with sales & marketing teams to align customer bookings with backend logistics
- Create trip documents, checklists, trackers, and ensure SOPs are followed
- Handle pre-trip and on-trip escalations or issues with quick resolution
- Ensure customer experience is top-notch through timely communication & coordination
- Track inventory, bookings, and travel essentials for each departure
- Collect feedback and assist in improving operations systems and processes
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations (travel/events/hospitality preferred)
- Strong coordination & multitasking skills
- Excellent communication – both written and verbal
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, Trello
- Willingness to work flexible hours depending on trip schedules
- Passionate about travel & creating memorable experiences
